Cooperative Urban Mobility

Whether bike sharing, train, taxi or car rental – everything can be booked via an app. From login to booking, all sharing offerings are available to the user.

The big challenge was to map the versatility of different mobility providers and modes of transport within consistent booking processes. In order to make these understandable for the user, we concentrated on a booking process that was as consistent as possible, regardless of the chosen mobility platform.

Smooth Collaboration In Real Time

Having experience in mobility and shared mobility, we helped bloXmove define the user stories and brought their ideas to life. Our goal was a uniform “look & feel”, which intuitively reflects the versatile functionality of the app. At the end there was a comprehensive wireframe, which already contained all the necessary operating logics – the perfect starting point for user feedback.

Fast Feedback

Due to the collaborative way of working with Figma, everyone was involved in the creation process at all times and were able to directly influence it. This kept the lines of communication as short as possible. Comments on each screen enabled all people involved to react quickly to changes and at the same time to communicate our approach transparently.

We are convinced that close cooperation creates considerable added value, especially in the conceptual phases. Especially in conceptual phases, such iterations provide the necessary input to fully meet the client’s ideas.
