QRedent
Visitor Registration App

QRedent

Numerous industries and institutions must have a system in place to request and record the contact details of their customers and visitors during the corona pandemic. So far, most of them have been doing this analogue with paper and pen. This is very time-consuming for both the service staff and the visitor. C-IAM GmbH worked with us to develop the “QRedent” app to digitize contact tracking.

With the app, visitors can register quickly and securely in restaurants, events and service providers using a QR code scan. The identity data is anonymously archived by creating a token so that no personal data is recorded by the operator. This process is 100% GDPR-compliant – complete, forgery-proof and traceable.

Collect contact details easily

Especially for repeated visitors to the same restaurant, it is annoying to keep entering the same personal data over and over again. The QRedent app can be installed quickly and free of charge on all mobile devices.

In the first step, the user enters his personal data in the app. These are then used in encrypted form. The token created from this is recognized when the QR code is scanned, so that the user only has to enter his or her data once, regardless of how often or how many participating restaurants, hairdressers and other participating shops he or she visits.

The Features

Once the business has been registered, the restaurant, for example, can generate QR codes, print them out and place them on tables. After installing the app, guests can scan this QR code on their mobile device and are thus immediately encrypted and registered anonymously. By verifying the end users beforehand, the entrepreneur can also be sure that the data has been entered correctly. Current paperwork with archiving and GDPR-compliant disposal is thus completely eliminated.

  • available free of charge for Android and iOS
  • Identification via QR code
  • Service providers have the opportunity to contact the user quickly, easily and anonymously
