Deutsche Bahn provides a chauffeur service to high ranking business clients. Their customers used to book via phone call, employees arranged the trips. Now, the entire process has been digitalized.
We assisted Deutsche Bahn with consultations and concept ideas and developed a lean web-application for their initial launch. This collaboration transformed into a full-fledged and comprehensive booking app.

Today customers use the app to conveniently book rides. Agents automatically receive an email containing all relevant data in order to manage drivers and vehicles accordingly.
Agents have access to a digital and comprehensive Backoffice. Drivers use a mobile app and receive requests for rides via push notification, which they can accept with one swipe. At the beginning of the digitalization process, our web application set the course for the future.
