Digital technologies and their applications in the classroom

The “digital revolution” and the covid pandemic have been affecting every aspect of the education system and forced students and educators across all levels of education to rapidly adapt to online learning. National learning platforms and the use of mobile devices are intended to make online learning easier for teachers and students, but at the same time present all those involved with new challenges.

Besides teaching, teachers must acquire completely new skills. Platforms such as LOGINEO NRW LMS/Moodle in connection with devices such as iPads are now to be used.

All schools in North Rhine-Westphalia receive an additional one-off training budget of 1,000 euros each. With this new qualification impulse, schools can hold a separate pedagogical day for in-school advanced training for the entire staff.

We have set up a team that offers needs-based training for teachers in their schools. We want to make the changeover easier for teachers and familiarize them with the possible uses of LOGINEO NRW LMS / Moodle and iPads in the classroom.
