The Ophthalmic clinic Am Neumarkt (Augenklinik am Neumarkt) entrusted us with the task of digitising customer feedback. We have developed a solution that meets the high demands of data protection and user friendliness.

GENERATING FEEDBACK
ASSURING QUALITY

The challenge: We were asked to develop a simple user interface for patients with eye problems, in order to generate more patient feedback, as a basis for in-depth quality assurance. Of course, the solution had to meet the high demands on the health care system's data protection.

A TABLET-BASED,
PAPERLESS SYSTEM

Our solution: Patients can pass their feedback directly after treatment with just a few clicks. An iPad stand with a digital version of the customer survey was placed in the waiting area of the clinic. The results are transmitted wirelessly to a server, which allows analysing the data via a web application as well as a connection to Facebook.

PATIENTS SHARE FEEDBACK VIA FACEBOOK

Social sharing: After giving their feedback, patients can leave their e-mail address. For example, the Ophthalmic clinic at Neumarkt can send their patients an abstract of the survey, which is automatically compiled by the system. In addition, an integration with Facebook is included in this e-mail, so that patients can share a summary by clicking on the Facebook tab.

KEEPS AN EYE ON FEEDBACK

Evaluation: The quality assurance team is able to view all surveys at any time via a web-based application. The patients' responses are presented in an overview. For further analysis, the data can be exported to Excel as a CSV file.
